Every now and then, it's nice to feel like you can have a treat. Who says it needs to be an unhealthy one? If you like rice pudding, you will LOVE this!
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 healthy shake of cinnamon
Pour almond milk into a jar, add chia seeds and cinnamon. Cover jar and shake well. Place in fridge overnight and the next morning.....TA DA! You have chia pudding. It's simple, quick and delicious...not to mention significantly healthier than traditional rice pudding.
